As of September 2026, the Circle Center Mall is mostly closed. The main entrance at street level is open to allow access to P F Chang restaurant, but you may not be able to proceed to the Artsgarden from that entrance.
The World of Wonders parking garage under the mall (accessible from ramps on Washington St (westbound) and Maryland St. (eastbound) is open and you should be able to use the elevator to go from the garage floors to the Artsgarden level.
The simplest and most reliable way to reach the Artsgarden is to enter at the Claypool Courts, which is the NW corner of Washington and Illinois streets.
Look for the Panera Bread signage. Once inside, take the escalator or elevator up one level, then cross over the passage into the Artsgarden.
